Shipping and Returns
Shipping countries
We currently ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not currently offer automatic shipping to the EU or other countries. However, we are happy to check individual shipping options upon request.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Shipping time
Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Please note: There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays.
Slight delays may occur during periods of high order volume (launches, promotions, holidays).
Shipping service provider
We ship with Swiss Post. You will receive a shipping confirmation after dispatch.
Processing time
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Friday are generally processed the next business day.
Pickups / Self-Pickup
We currently do not offer self-collection.
Undeliverable packages / incorrect address
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. Please carefully check your delivery address before placing your order.
Transport damage
Please check your package immediately upon receipt. If the item

Voluntary return policy
The seller offers a voluntary return policy of 5 days from receipt of the goods. Since there is no statutory right of withdrawal in Swiss online retail, all returns are made exclusively on a goodwill basis and subject to the following conditions as well as our separate return policy.
Conditions for a return
A return is only possible if the customer proves that the item:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed,
- free from signs of wear, dirt, damage and odors,
- is in its undamaged original packaging,
- all labels, accessories and components are fully present,
- A receipt or order confirmation is available.
The seller reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
Registration of return
Returns must be registered in advance via email to info@babytoolz.com and confirmed by the seller. Unregistered and unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs. Packages sent without postage will not be accepted.
Restocking fee
For approved returns, the seller charges a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise value (minimum CHF 15.00). This fee covers the costs of inspection, cleaning, repackaging, handling, and restocking. The amount will be deducted directly from the refund.
Items excluded from the right of return and exchange
The following items are excluded from the right of return and exchange:
- Used, worn, or washed items
- Damaged, soiled, or smelly items
- Discounted or reduced goods (SALE)
- Gift vouchers
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene products that have been opened or tested
- Diaper bags or similar products that show visible signs of wear.
Incorrect delivery or damaged goods
The customer is obligated to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Complaints regarding transport damage, defects, or incorrect deliveries must be submitted in writing to info@babytoolz.com within 48 hours.
refund
After examining the returned item, the seller will inform the customer whether the refund has been accepted or rejected. In the case of an approved return:
- Only the purchase price of the goods will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- The restocking fee will be deducted.
- The processing time is up to 10 working days; delays caused by banks/credit card providers are beyond the seller's control.
If no credit note has been issued after 14 working days, the customer should contact the seller again.
