Our diaper bags are made from recycled polyester, which is produced from reclaimed PET bottles. This material is robust, lightweight, durable, and resource-efficient.

Are the diaper bags waterproof or water-repellent?
The bags are water-repellent, not completely waterproof.
Light rain or minor mishaps reliably bead off.

Are the diaper bags produced sustainably?
Yes. We use recycled polyester (rPet) and work with partners who share our commitment to environmental awareness, fair working conditions, and reduced emissions. While no production process is completely carbon-neutral, we are mindful of every step and continuously strive to improve.

Under what conditions can I return an item?
A return is possible if the item:

  • Unused and unworn
  • It has no signs of wear or smells.
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • All labels and accessories are still present
  • you have proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items that have already been used or are soiled.

How do I register a return?

Returns must be registered in advance and confirmed by us. We cannot accept returns without prior registration.

Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping is subject to a fee and is borne by the customer.

Is there a fee for returns?
Yes. For approved returns, we charge a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise value, with a minimum of CHF 15.00. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Which items cannot I return?
The following are excluded:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Goods with stains, odors or wear and tear
  • Reduced / discounted items
  • Vouchers
  • Personalized products
  • Hygiene products that have been opened
  • Diaper bags with visible signs of wear

What if the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly?
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours to info@babytoolz.com. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.

When will I get my money back?
Once we have inspected and accepted your return, you will receive your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The restocking fee will be deducted.
